Welcome to this mixed level, breath- centered flow class! The word Vinyasa means to match the breath with movement.
It is all about being present in our bodies which is being open to sensations like noticing the feel of the air on our skin as our breath propels us moving through space.
We could think of this practice as a "meditation in motion."
This sequence include core work, poses and their counter poses to work both side of the muscles and mindfulness to complete the practice.
