Join me for the third offering of this seven-month embodied journey through the chakra system, integrating yoga, somatic practices, nervous system regulation, meditation, breathwork, mantra, mudra, journaling, and sound.

🌱  Sat Sept 12 — Root Chakra | Begin the journey by cultivating a foundation of safety, stability, grounding, and resilience through practices that connect you with your body and support nervous system regulation. REGISTER FOR ROOT CHAKRA

💧  Sun Oct 11 — Sacral Chakra | Reconnect with creativity, emotional flow, pleasure, and healthy relationships. REGISTER FOR SACRAL CHAKRA

🔥  Sun Nov 8 — Solar Plexus Chakra | Strengthen confidence, personal power, energy, and your capacity to move into purposeful action. REGISTER FOR SOLAR PLEXUS CHAKRA

💚  Sun Dec 20 — Heart Chakra | Explore the heart center as a place of compassion, connection, love, and inner wholeness. REGISTER FOR HEART CHAKRA

💫  Sun Jan 10 — Throat Chakra | Explore authentic communication, creativity, self-expression, and finding your voice. REGISTER FOR THROAT CHAKRA

👁️  Sun Feb 7 — Third Eye Chakra | Deepen your connection with intuition, insight, imagination, and your internal guidance system. REGISTER FOR THIRD EYE CHAKRA
